Martin January 28, 2021 for Model Number shx46a05uc/23 I have a Bosch dishwasher, model #shx46a05uc/23 from about 2005. The dishwasher closes door closes, but does not latch shut. If I turn it on, the cycle will run whether or not the door is open. Any ideas?

Brian January 07, 2018 for Model Number SHX45P05UC/60 My dishwasher would not close nor reset. I was told I needed to replace the door latch part #00438026 which I did. The washer ran one cycle and kept beeping at the end of the cycle. I opened the door and went to run another load and again the door won't close. It's like the latch is not being reset or something. " Remove T-20 Torx fascia panel screws from inner door. Lower fascia panel from door. Locate door latch in console. Bend out console metal tabs to allow latch removal/installation." NOTE:Door latches for UC/14 & up models are different than UC/06 - UC/12 models -- they cannot be interchanged. Must replace strike plate & door latch together. Roberto October 25, 2015 for Model Number SHU8805 UC/12 (FD 8105-) I can't completely close the door on my Bosh SHU880UC. The lock seems stock with the Power Scrub and Quick Scrub button switch blinking. The dishwater will still run even if the door is open.I've turned on and off the circuit breaker with no success.
