Robert July 10, 2014 for Model Number SGSX365ZS I am converting this stove top to natural, what orifices will I need?
1 Answer Robert, to convert back to NG you'll need to order the jet holders. For the two 1200 btu burners use part number 00188974, for the two 8000 btu burners use part number 00188972 and for the 1500 btu burner use part number 00188976. Thanks! Read More...

Slav December 13, 2012 for Model Number Thermador rpg364 What is the Venturi Tube outside diameter? I'm gonna use a drill bit to break the staked tube inside jet holder. Any advice on how unscrew the tube, Part Number AP2825260 10mm (#15-10-154)
1 Answer Slav, You'll need to be very careful if you're going to use an "easy out" or drill bit, you'll probably damage the orifice holder 00415498 and or the gas supply tube 00487244. 10 mm is a bit small, but it is a "metric" dimension. You'll want to have some anti seize compound handy when you put the burners back together, that will help to keep the venturi from seizing to the orifice holder in the future. The threads on the venturi and orifice holder are "standard" threads(clockwise to tighten, counter clockwize to loosen). Read More...
David Van N. November 25, 2012 for Model Number Thermador prg 364 glus The range elements are not lighting up properly The LT front will only light if you turn both the lt front and rear elements on together and then the Front will only stay lit for 1-5 minutes at which time the ignitor attempts to relight but it does not. The Rt side seems to take longer to ignite and starts with a small pop. I had a repair tech in and he could not get the venturi nut to loosen and suggested we get a new range -- We Love this range it suits the decor and help in the diagnosis would be appreciated
1 Answer David, At this point, it sounds like a gas supply problem. You will want to check or replace the gas regulator 00754658 and or have the gas company check the pressure to the range at the wall connection Read More...

Fabrizio January 22, 2012 for Model Number sgs304zs I'm trying to unscrew the venturi tube to replace the ignition plug. I'm using a 20mm socket and turning right. After some initial resistance (and some wd-40), now the tube turns but is not coming up. What am I doing wrong?
1 Answer Hi Fabrizio. The venturi nut moves off in the counterclockwise position. Now it appears by description that it is stripped and turning free. The question now is what burner are you describing so we can provide the correct burner tube assy. ? The front lt and rear rt. are the same jet orifice part # 00188972. The front rt. and the left rear are the part # 00188974. The top brass nut is part # 00188978. Please let us know if you will need the burner tubes for each burner. Thank You. Read More...
Reg January 09, 2012 for Model Number PRSG366S Any tips for breaking/or not breaking the Venturi free ? I've tried liquid wrench. A few days later and no luck. I know the possibility of twisting the whole assembly with gas line. Can I gain access to the burner igniters from the front panel ?? Thanks, Reg.
1 Answer Hi Reg. The venturi 00189023 is right hand threads. It is 10.5 mm, so this is the size of the socket you will need. Yes, it will unscrew from the top of the burner base. You will need a metric socket set to remove the venturi. Thank You. Read More...

December 19, 2011 for Model Number gas/propane 36" Thermador Professional 2001 four w/center grill I purchased a used 2001 Thermador professional gas grill for my new pool area kitchen. question #1 how do I tell the existing jetting natural gas or propane? Question #2 I want to hook this up with a standard barbegue propane atnk... is that possible/effective application?
1 Answer Hello Thomas. There should be a tag on the unit stating if it is natural gas or LP gas. As long as the tank has a regulator for the unit, you can hook it up to a grill tank. Hope this helps. Read More...
