Myra January 20, 2016 for Model Number e23cs78epso The water actuator was broken so I replaced it successfully but I can't get the water tube back through the hole. I can't get enough leverage or room to thread it and pop it back through the spout. Any tips? Thanks!
1 Answer Myra, The dispenser tube is difficult to get in place and what you will want to do is to push the tubing through slightly and use a pair of needle nose pliers and pull it through more. Read More...
Hilary January 19, 2014 for Model Number E23CS78EPS1 re: Water intermittently dripping from Water Dispenser after use. Confirming that the Actuator (AP3965492) should be replaced or is there another culprit I don't see? One Q&A referred to replacing the Dispenser Valve but I don't see that item on the P/L. Thanks for reviewing and a reply!
1 Answer Hilary, This issue would most likely be caused by a faulty water valve. The solenoid for the dispenser is not seating properly causing the dripping issue. The part number for the water valve would be 242252702. Read More...

1 Answer Hello Seth, In order to access the dispenser lever 241685704, you will need to remove the trim around dispenser area. Based on the model number it shows you having trim on either side of door. You will need to remove the trim. The trim piece around dispenser will just pop off by pulling out on it or using flat blade screwdriver to pop loose. Once you remove trim you take the screws holding dispenser assembly and the you are able to pull assembly out to replace the lever. Read More...
