Linda D. March 29, 2012 for Model Number GLTF2940ES My Fridgedaire front loading washer is leaking from the front bellows tub seal-my son say you can stick practically your whole hand inside the washer. Do I have to replace the whole seal or could it just be missing one or more of the clamps? I want to be sure before I buy a replacement seal because it's so expensive. Thank you.
1 Answer Hello Linda. You will need to look and see if the rubber boot is torn, or if it has come off. If you see rubber on the front and rubber on the back and a hole in the middle, you will need to replace the bellow 134515300. Hope this helps. Read More...
Barbara January 31, 2012 for Model Number GLTF2940ES with Bellows Part # ap389103 I am having great difficulty getting the old bellows off the outer lip of the tub. I am pulling down and toward me as hard as I can and it will not budge--though the whole washer is moving and tipping. Any techniques you'd suggest that aren't in the instructions that came with the new bellows? Thanks.
1 Answer Hello Barbara. Make sure you have removed the clamp on the back of the bellows that attaches it to the tub assembly. If not, you will have the problem you are having now. Then you can install the new kit 134515300. Hope this helps. Read More...

Julie P September 13, 2011 for Model Number Kenmore 41744082400 I bought my washer about 7 years ago. The bellows gasket that came with the washer has not drain holes and the water just sits there. Because of this it is COVERED in mildew. I have been reluctant to buy a new gasket because I am affraid it will be the same one with no drain holes. Do you know if they have fixed this problem and added drains? Thank you for your time.
1 Answer Hello Julie. Yes, the bellows kit 134515300 is an upgraded version from the original one you have now. Hope this helps. Read More...

Red August 28, 2011 for Model Number FTF2140ES0 Rubber(silicone)boot/bellows has twisted/slipped. What would be the cause of this? What is involved in repair? Not close to a repairman. The drum had been rubbing on the boot some but does not appear to have worn a hole in it. thanks.
1 Answer Hi Red. You should have a 12:00 alignment pointer on top on the inside to align it with the tub ring. You always replace the rear boot clamp with the boot because it wont hold which might be the problem. You need to also use some liquid detergent on the lip while installing. It is imperative to align it straight so it don't twist with the door glass so you don't create a leak. The boot is part # 134515300. The clamp is part # 134365300. You can call the manufacture and see if the tub is out of round. Thank you. Read More...
Tammy June 05, 2011 for Model Number FWFB9200ES0 The rubber bellow is twisted and when it spins it bounces all over my floor. How do I get it untwisted?
1 Answer Hello Tammy. You will need to check and see if the shocks 5304485917 are broken. If so, they will need to be replaced. This would allow the tub to twist. Hope this helps. Read More...

1 Answer Hello Mercedes! The only other thing we can suggest besides replacing is you can try the Affresh Front Load Washer Cleaner W10549845. This cleaner is for use with front loading washing machines. It removes the mold/mildew buildup and rids the washer of the smell assosciated with these build-ups. Thanks. Read More...
