Steven, Since SY EF indicates an evaporator fan circuit failure and you've already replaced the evaporator fan motor, check the wiring between the evaporator fan and control board. Check for 12VDC to fan between red and brown wires. Check for variant voltage (depending on high or low speed) between yellow and brown. Test the sensor.

Martin, You should verify if the actual temps inside the unit are changing or only changing on the display.We will send you a tech sheet to enter service mode and tests 29 and 30 check the thermistors in both sections. These thermistors read the temp and send that info to the main control and then to the display.

Arthur, the main control board is a good guess, but you may want to start by checking the doors and door gaskets, make sure the doors close and seal properly, Then check the evaporator fan motor 809069220 Motor to make sure it is running consistently(DCV fan motors can run slow or intermittently) and not circulating the air properly. Then check the auto-damper 241853801 Damper to make sure it opens and closes properly and doesn't affect the airflow. If all's OK then replace the control board.

Hello Greg, there is no screw listed for that however you can use 5304455650, or locally purchase a hex head sheet metal screw #8 and 5/8 " long.

Hello Albert, the model number supplied does not come up as valid. The closest match to the model number provided is FGHS2631PF3 and that unit used part number 5304497976 to control the defrost cycle. Thanks!

Hello Jim, Open both door to the unit and remove the kickplate. Under the unit you will see a black box with a single screw in the center front holding it against the bottom of the cabinet. Remove this screw and slide it out and you have the main power board in your hand.
