Hello John, You should first turn the breaker off and then back on to the unit in case one side of the breaker has tripped. If the voltage is present at the terminal block, the relay on the oven control or clock will be the next suspect.

Hello Dennis, The control board only controls the bake compartment. It has nothing to do with the surface so you are going to find that there is a different issue going on now. If both the bake compartment and the surface are giving an issue you need to check the power supply to include the breaker, wall outlet, and power cord and connection at the terminal block.
