Stephanie, If the brackets for the control board are broken then the control will need to be replaced. The parts for the bracket are part of the control.

Ron, Based on the information provided, there is not a thermal reset or thermal fuse for the bake and broil on this unit. The most likely cause with the control getting 240 vac would be a faulty control board.
