Hello Rene, If the surface elements are turning red/orange, the issue is most likely the clock assembly 5304518660. If not, check the terminal block 5304409888 where the power cord connects to the unit.

Hello Melissa, The picture of the clock is upside down. 5304518660 is the correct control for the model number provided. It sounds like the relay on the control for bake is not passing one leg of voltage so it should correct the issue.
