Rick, The ER error is an indication of a membrane switch failure. The main control board has detected a stuck key or a key pressed for more than 1 minute. Check the connection from the keypad to the main control board. If correct then replace the keypad 154791806 and if the error continues then replace the main control board 5304514670.

Hello Steve, If you are getting 120Vac to the control board 5304514670 and nothing coming back out of it, it is a safe bet that it has failed. The hardest thing about this job is making sure the gasket is properly placed so no moisture can get into the control board mounting area. This is not a difficult job and you should have no problem.

Laura, Based on the information it sounds like the issue would be a faulty control board. The control board is what allows the unit to run and the keypad is just used for setting the controls. With having the unit continuously running it sounds like the control board is the issue.

Jeff, If the drain pump is continuously running you will first want to check the wiring from the control board to the drain pump. If the wiring is ok then you will want to replace the control board.

Tony, The console may be a good place to start, but the issue with the "close door" would be due to a faulty door switch 5304525218 or control board 5304514670 or wiring. A fsulty control board, could be the cause of your noise and no shut off issues as well. We'll send you some information, so you can conduct tests using the control panel, and determine your issue.

Hello Todd, This model has had issues with both the control 5304514670 and the user interface 154791806. I would recommend to check the connections from one to the other by removing the connector and reconnecting, While you have the connector off, look a the pins on the control board that the ribbon cable connect to. If there are any signs of moisture damage, replace both. You will also need to replace the gasket 154478901 around the board since the dry cycle moisture is what generally gets into this assembly. Be aware that if the "console" touchpad has an issue and you connect it to a new control board, the new board will most likely be damaged.
