Jeannine September 03, 2019 for Model Number FSC23F7DSB8 I"m wondering if this is the right part to order - when I press the ice dispenser, some ice comes out but then it a piece of ice gets stuck under the shield inside the ice container and the motor 'freezes' but keeps trying, whining to go - but if I take out the entire ice tray and try to hand turn the screw/ice mover part it very easily gets stuck because ice gets lodged either under it or somewhere and it can't seem to go anymore. Is this because of the drawer mechanism or is the auger motor too weak? I mean it does crush/dispense ice when it can. I'm confused about what to do. I did empty the entire container yesterday and it spun just fine- but now that there is ice again it gets stuck.

1 Answer Edward, the part number you supplied, appears to be the dispenser facade on the freezer door, not the ice container. 241515202 is the ice container bin, and it is only the bin/container. the complete bin assembly, with all moving parts is 241914702, but our parts diagram(photo) is incorrect, and in the process of being corrected.
