Randy M September 24, 2013 for Model Number FGHD2433KF1 Started a wash cycle and machine ran for about 2 minutes. Then the control panel blacked out and came back on about 2 hours later but showed a power failure code. Restarted washer and same thing happened again. Found a broken door latch and replaced it. Now there are no lights on the control panel and will not start. Owners manual says it could be the control board or the control panel so replaced the control board. Still no lights on the panel. Checked power during all this trouble shooting with an "AC circuit sensor and everything shows it's getting power including the control panel. Machine also has standing water in the bottom that hasn't drained out. Removed the lower spray bar and the strainers and haven't found anything. Drain hose is not plugged. Unit has run fine for 2 years till now.

Dennis March 28, 2013 for Model Number PLD4375RFCO Touch pad lights when buttons are pushed. After door is closed lights remain on for a few seconds then go out and nothing more happens. Lights on panel will also go out if door is not closed after a few seconds.

Samuel March 11, 2013 for Model Number FDB4315LFB0 HELP! I was having a problem with my dishwasher showing a CL code so I ordered the latch assembly from you. Unfortunately I accidentally mixed up the black and white wires. After getting the wires hooked to it the way they are supposed to ( i think), the machine counts down like normal, but does nothing. I ordered a new control board assuming that i fried this one, but it is doing the same thing. Is it possible that I need to replace the latch again? It did spark, and singe the left front wire prong on the latch. Could it be in the harness?

It almost seems like the metal stub sticking out from the hub may be bent to far down? Is the latch purely mechanical? I'm also needing to replace the push buttons - but I don't want to do that until I can get it to latch but, wondering if they might be related.
