John, you may want to inspect the dispenser paddle for any kind of sticking as this can cause the dispenser switch to not disengage. If there is no sticking, then the most likely issue is going to be in the dispenser module 242074223.

Dave, make sure the temperature in the freezer section is around 0-5 degrees. Use water from the dispenser during the day, even if you are not drinking it, fill the dog water bowl or water a plant, anything to keep the water moving. Sometimes the insulation inside the door will break down over time and allow the temperature inside the door to stay at a colder temperature. The only solution would be to replace the door, that would be expensive.

Karen, Two possible issues. The switch on the dispenser is sticking or the water valve is not sealing when the voltage is removed. The only way to test is to check voltage at the valve and make sure when you let go of the water actuator the voltage stops. You can test this with your water off also. Voltage should be 120volts at the valve.

Aaron, This issue would most likely be caused by a faulty dispenser module that is sticking.

Vo, Check and make sure the water supply line didn't twist or kink, when you rolled the refrigerator back into position. It should take less than 10 seconds to fill an 8 oz. glass of water from the dispenser on the door, and the ice maker should fill with 3.5 to 4 oz. of water in less than 10 seconds. You may want to recheck the water supply line, under the sink and flush the water supply line to make sure you have at least 32 PSI to the refrigerator. We presume you've checked and replaced the water filter(if needed). Let us know what you find.
