Dexter Hawkins December 14, 2017 for Model Number Refrigidaire FGUS2642LF0 I purchased a module dispenser from you about a year ago when my ice/water dispenser wouldn’t shut off and it fixed the problem, but the problem is back. Is there anything else I can do other than just replace it again?
1 Answer Dexter, This would be the most likely cause if the water is not shutting off but also check to make sure that the issue is not the water valve. You can do this by having the water on and unplugging the unit. If it continues to run the valve will be the issue. Read More...

1 Answer Rory, This issue would most likely be caused by a water valve that is not closing off all the way or if power is still being supplied to the valve then the control module for the dispenser would be faulty. Read More...

1 Answer Hello Joe. To remove the Dispenser module you will have to remove the trim around the dispenser. It pops out of place being careful not to break it or scratch door using putty knife may be best option with something behind it to protect door. You would then remove the 2 screws holding the module in place. Read More...
Deep July 28, 2016 for Model Number lgus2642lf1 I recently bought part number AP5952230, a module dispenser for my Frigidaire refrigerator. During installation, a two wire clip to the board control broke off. The board control is part 242074223. It's two orange wires and on the board it's labeled J5. Since there wasn't much I could do about it, I just put everything back together and it works fine. But I'm trying to find what those two orange wires control (J5) control.
