Dexter, This would be the most likely cause if the water is not shutting off but also check to make sure that the issue is not the water valve. You can do this by having the water on and unplugging the unit. If it continues to run the valve will be the issue.

Rory, This issue would most likely be caused by a water valve that is not closing off all the way or if power is still being supplied to the valve then the control module for the dispenser would be faulty.

Hello Randy. If there is water going to the module, and it does not come out, then you need to see if it is frozen in the door. If not, and the valve is good, then you will need to replace the module.

Hello Joe. To remove the Dispenser module you will have to remove the trim around the dispenser. It pops out of place being careful not to break it or scratch door using putty knife may be best option with something behind it to protect door. You would then remove the 2 screws holding the module in place.
