Tina, Once you remove the orginal pan you will probably notice some screw holes to the front but they are not necessary as this will sit under the lip of the front of the oven.

Tina, The 316505601 / 316505601 Oven Bottom/Panel is the correct part to order for the model number you supplied. The part is in stock and available at this time. The "additional" holes or openings in this case is for the production of the part and will be "hidden" once the panel is properly inserted into the opening and pressed into place. The only concerns should be installing the two oven bottom bracket supports and screws. Thanks,

Laurie Todd, Normally the screw at the back of the bottom panel would be held in with phillips head screw or nuts.

Joe, Once you remove the screws holding the bottom in place then you will want to get a screwdriver in the hole and lift the bottom panel up.

Hello Carolyn, There are two screws at the rear edge of the panel that must be removed so the bottom panel can be removed. These are the only screws retaining this panel.

Hello Dave, I would use a small screwdriver under the screw heads to apply some upward pressure while turning the screws. This is how technicians deal with this type of issue and it works great. When re-installing the screws, if you use a small piece of copper wire with no insulation in the screw opening before inserting the screw, this will normally allow the screw to tighten. Overtightening is not recommended on an appliance that produces heat like an oven and this will not affect performance or operation.
