1 Answer Manuela, The E20 error code indicates that the water is not pumping out fast enough. Check the drain hose for restrictions. If there is a restriction then correct. If no restriction then start the washer and check for 120 vac at the drain pump. If there is not 120 vac then replace the main control board.
