1 Answer Paige, You will need to open the back of the unit or if there is a lower front panel, open this and run the unit to see if you can determine where the leak is coming from. It could be the drain pump or one of the hoses. Read More...

Frustrated Lady May 22, 2013 for Model Number ATF7000ES0 My Affinity Front Load washer stopped draning. I ran the diagnostic test and had problems with Step 7--"Turn the program knob (6) clicks from the start position. The drain pump & door lock solenoid will activate and the washer will operate in high spin." The door locked, but the washer didn't operate in high spin--it did nothing. I removed the drain filter and cleaned out the cup in the boot. Checked the drain pump--IS THE IMPELLAR SUPPOSED TO SPIN FREELY WITHOUT ANY HITCH? Hope you can help!!!!
1 Answer Frustrated lady, The impeller will not spin freely. The motor uses magnets so when you spin the impeller it should stop and kind of bounce. You will want to check to see if the motor of the drain pump is getting power to it. If it is then you have a bad pump and would need to replace the pump. Read More...

I put a new pump on tthe washer and it still dose not spin it turn one way then the other and shots off what could it be the pump was bad new one nice and quite
1 Answer Art, The pump is one thing that could cuase the unit to not spin if it is not pumping all the water out of the unit. You will want to access the tech sheet and retrieve error codes that may be stored. These error codes will give you an idea on what is going on with unit and test to run. Read More...
