Rich March 22, 2015 for Model Number FDB4315LFB0 My dishwater is leaking at bottom of door. I replaced bottom door seal the cabinet perimeter seal and added splash guards in the corners. While I'm not getting a lot of water as before I am still getting a few drops here and there. I pulled out the sprayers and I don't see any cracks and I sprayed water through the sprayer and dont see any place where water is coming from that is not set up to. Any ideas or is a little water normal for this machine?
1 Answer Rich, Water leaking is not a normal issue and you will want to check the vent assembly to make sure that it is not leaking. Also it could be that the door may need a little bit of adjustment in order to stop the leak. Read More...

Terry May 14, 2012 for Model Number GLD4355RFSO I am about to order the upper spray and the middle spray arm. Both have broken at the point they attach. The bottom spray arm is still OK and attached. I would order it as well if it would save me a shipping fee. Do all normally wear out around the same time? What is the minimum order amount to avoid the shipping fee?
1 Answer Hello Terry! Not all parts always wear out at the same time however, it has been known to happen. Unfortunately, there is no set price to waive the shipping fee of an order. We do however, have flat rate shipping options available. Please see the following link to view our shipping option page, thanks! http://www.appliancepartspros.com/customerservice/shipping.aspx Read More...
