Dan October 10, 2011 for Model Number GE Washer WWSR3090T6WW My agitator (AP3965155) seems to work fine but the upper portion is loose. (Wobbles side to side) Is there something wrong with it or is this normal? The upper part spins freely clockwise but does not rotate counter clockwise. The base of the agitator moves about an inch in both directions but does not spin completely around. Thanks.
1 Answer Hello Dan. Yes, the agitator WH43X10034 is suppose to be loose so it can work the clothes. However, it is is not agitating correctly, you may have a bad agitator or coupling. Hope this helps. Read More...

Clayton September 28, 2011 for Model Number wcsr2070tcww Bottom part of agitator works fine, top part spins in either direction. Shouldn't it hold in one direction? Does it need the agitator and coupling, not just the coupling?
1 Answer Clayton, you're correct. The agitator auger should "lock" in one direction, so you will need a new agitator WH43X10034. I would seriously consider replacing both, the coupler kit WH49X10042 and agitator at the same time. Thanks and Good Luck. Read More...
Tj W. August 04, 2011 for Model Number WPRE6100G0WT Washer WASHER FILLS UP WITH WATER BUT WILL NOT WASH MY CLOTHES. THE WASHER WILL SPIN AND DRAIN OUT WATER ONLY. PLEASE TELL WHAT IS THE PROBLEM.
1 Answer Hi TJ. Take the back control panel off. Take the hose off the pressure switch and blow backwards into the tub. If yo cleared out any obstruction, then you will start needing to use washer magic cleaner monthly to help remove scum build-up that clogg's causing Issues. Then take a similar hose of the same size to blow back into the pressure switch while calling for agitation by the timer. If your washer still does not start , then you will need to replace the pressure switch part # WH12X10321. Thank you. Read More...
