Karl January 21, 2013 for Model Number GE zfsb26dnass The water dispenser is not working. I have trouble shooted it to the point of the water hose going to the door. Disconnected the water tube coming from the refrigerator to the door at the water connector union (Part AP3670039) and pressed the dispenser and water came out of the tube at the bottom (under freezer side after removing kick plate). Any suggestions on what to replace to get the water to pull up to the dispenser? Thanks, Karl

Hector September 07, 2012 for Model Number HSM25GFTA SA HI. Im using a water filter cartridge:MWF every seems to be connected properly and there is only a very droplet like stream of water. I checked everything out and there arent any kinks. When the water button gets pressed you can hear the water valve mechanism working. What could the problem be? Is there anythin you could sugest i check to get the stream to full flow. Thanks for any help in advance.
1 Answer Hector, If you replaced the filter cartridge MWFP properly, and you have proper water pressure at the fill valve connection (32psi, constant) then the issue would be in the filter head assembly WR02X45209. Disconnected the water line in the door and damaged the part that connects the clear water line between the door and the fridge. 1 Answer Hello Jarrel. The front of the dispenser where the selecting buttons are, will unsnap out of the dispenser assembly. Do not try to remove the outer frame of the dispenser, there is no need to do so. Once removed, you can remove the screws holding the housing in place and access and replace the water line in the door. Make sure the union WR02X11330 is removed at the bottom of the door. 1 Answer Hello Wayne. You will need to disassemble the dispenser and gain access to the old water line. Pull the old water line out of the door through the dispenser.
