Sebbaru December 03, 2015 for Model Number GE 175D2307-P054 The push-pull function does not work. I replaced the button and clip, but the problem persists. When I push to stop the machine, it does not stay in place (in the stopped position). If I hold it down mid-cycle, the machine stops. But as soon as I let go, it springs up and the machine will start again. I cannot keep it turned off. It doesn't "click" into the off position. Is there something I can do to allow the shaft to click and stay in the off position? The part # is GE 175D2307-P054

Josh November 16, 2015 for Model Number WHDSR109J5WW The teeth on the knob are stripped and I found the part for that. Problem is the "teeth" on the timer that the knob corresponds with are also stripped. Can I get just that gray part or do I have to buy a whole new timer? Wish I could include a pic.
1 Answer Hello Josh. If those are bad, you will need to order and replace the timer on the unit. Read More...
Im August 23, 2015 for Model Number WJRR417OG1WW I'm looking to replace the control knob on my GE washer and I noticed there are 2 different "control knob assembly" choices. What's the difference between these two and will either work? Thanks
1 Answer IM, The difference between the 2 knobs would be the color. The one for your unit would be WH01X10310 which is white. Read More...
Thelma May 08, 2015 for Model Number WLSR3000G0WW Push/pull cycle control knob stripped. have to hand turn disc dial underneath to get washer to operate. This button breaks often for me. I've never had a washer where I had to replace a knob once; that alone this is the 4th time for this machine. This part is cheaply made. Rest of washer seems fine though. What is the part number I need to order? And I need to order two so I can have a spare bc I assume I'll need one again one day soon.
Cella January 22, 2015 for Model Number WJRR4170E4WW GE Washer The control knob on my washer will turn to settings, but will not stay in when pushed. It allows the machine to come on and run, but will not push and stay in if you need to stop machine during cycle. Is this just a control knob problem?
1 Answer Cella, The control knob staying pushed in would not be a knob issue. This issue would be the cause of a timer issue in which part number WH12X10297 would need to be replaced. Read More...
Steve January 15, 2015 for Model Number WDSR2080DAWW I replaced the Time Knob, only how do I know which cycle I am selecting. There is no arrow?
Lila January 09, 2015 ok, got the knob off and put on your new knob and that didn't correct the problem, although the teeth on the old knob were gone. Does this mean the timer now?
Lila January 09, 2015 I have the correct knob I ordered from you. Having trouble getting hold of the clip,,,,any hints?
1 Answer Hello Lila. Use a pair of needle nose pliers to grab the clip with or use an ice pick. Read More...
