Andrew, this would be a failure with the oven control WB27X45466. However, the faceplate WB27T11005 would need to be replaced with the control as the adhesive commonly will not allow the original faceplate to stick to the new control very well.

Brian, You will want to test to see if the broil element is receiving 240 Vac to it and if it is not then this will be a faulty control board. If it is receiving the proper voltage then replace the element.
