Pmcalist June 08, 2011 for Model Number GLD5500LOOWW GE DW Rinse agent dispenser always full. How to clean? Replace?
1 Answer Hello PMcalist. You will need to disconnect the power to the unit. Then remove the screws holding the inner door panel in place and remove the inner door panel to access the rinse aid module WD12X10163. Remove the screws holding the module in place and install the new module. Reinstall in reverse order. Hope this helps. Read More...
Derek April 26, 2011 for Model Number ZBD6880K00SS I wish I found your website before I bought my door gasket! See I have a leaking dishwasher from the door and have replaced the gasket (the old one didn't look bad). The leak was still there! From your website it states the common leak location is from the soap dispenser. Does this part come with a new gasket was well? It does not show one in the picture. Thanks.
1 Answer Hello Derek! The detergent dispenser WD12X10163 comes as a fully assembled part and includes the dispenser gasket. Thanks. Read More...
Dat N March 30, 2011 I forgot to label the wires which attach to the wax motor on the soap dispenser. How can I figure out which wire goes to which side of the motor? Also tried switching wires too, but the soap door doesn't open. Motor still shows a closed circuit with an ohmmeter. Does this mean I also need a new control board?
1 Answer Hello Dat. This is a parallel circuit. The wires can go on either terminal. If the dispenser has been replaced and still won't open, it sounds like the board may be the issue. Hope this helps. Read More...

Guest February 24, 2011 Hi, The detergent door latch snapped off on a dish washer that is only 3 years old and used sparingly (one of two in a church kitchen). It looks as though we have to buy the whole part number AP3767572 to get the door only. I believe this part was poorly designed for this latch to snap off with such little use. Dale K.
1 Answer Hello, This is the correct part number for the detergent dispenser. Unfortunately, it only comes fully assembled from the manufacturer. Thanks! Read More...
