Tara August 29, 2019 The face plate on the GE double wall oven is peeling off. I am looking for a replacement face plate. Model # is JTP35B0M1BB, SN is RM6 00466Q. The current face plate that is peeling off seems longer than the image of the face plate that comes up when I search on your web site. The face panel has push button on the left and middle (to control the upper oven) and a knob to the right (to control the lower oven). Could you let me know which face plate I should purchase. Thank you!!!!!
1 Answer Tara, After researching your model it looks like the manufacturer has not made the overlay/insert available except it looks to be included with a complete control panel kit part# WB49T10038X and it seems this part is only available from the manufacturer. Read More...

Rochelle April 10, 2019 for Model Number Jtp30bom1bb What face plate fits this model the one the comes up says it’s 9 4” but mine looks like it’s about 18 inches across
1 Answer Rochelle, unfortunately the original faceplate is no longer available and the panel WB36T11245, faceplate WB27T11229, and control WB27T11161 would have to be replaced as this model was retrofitted by the manufacturer. Read More...
Dina February 05, 2019 We have a GE convection double wall oven and cannot find the model number anywhere. The face plate is melted and we need to replace it please help.
1 Answer Dina, the model number should be located on the face of the oven cabin behind the door of the lower oven. Sadly without the model number any part number can not be verified as being compatible. Read More...
1 Answer Mark, If the wall oven has been "retrofitted" then the WB27T11229/WB27T11229 Faceplate(overlay) is the correct part to order for the model number you supplied. If the wall oven has a black control knob, and appears to be part of the black oven controls, then it has not been retrofitted, and the retrofit kit [WB49T10039] has been discontinued by the manufacturer. Alex June 29, 2018 for Model Number JTP30S0M1SS I am reading that my 17.5" overlay/faceplate is discontinued and would need to be retrofitted with a new control panel. I get that. But if I order this 9.4" faceplate, it will be shorter on the sides, which I don't mind. My question is, will the buttons line up with the existing older panel? Based on the pictures alone comparing the 9.4" faceplate and my 17.5" faceplate, it appears that they would. Just wondering if you could confirm this.
1 Answer Hello Alex, I'm sorry but the retrofit has to be completed with all of the parts. I'm sorry but the original control board will not work with the new faceplate. Read More...
Martin June 20, 2018 How do I measure the faceplate? My faceplate looks exactly just like the picture but I want to make sure the dimension is correct, thank you.
1 Answer Martin, Use the "grid" in the background of the photo. The squares are 1 inch in dimension. So, the faceplate should measure 10" w X 3.5" tall(+/- 1/8"). Thanks, Read More...
