Hello Nkrill, The first thing that you want to do is make sure that the filter is seated full and not partially in. If the new filter is in properly and does not work but the old filter does it may be because the old filter is not allowing proper water flow. When the filter gets clogged it will not allow water to come through at force. When you put the new filter in it will cause the valves in the filter to chatter in which case the filter head WR17X22072 would have to be replaced.
