Mike December 30, 2013 for Model Number Gld6360l00ss I've ordered a new sump pump cover and filter, the cover is off but I'm having trouble removing the filter. There are two tabs on the long side of the filter and when squeezed it loosens but still won't lift out, almost like it's attached at the bottom. Do I need to lift harder or is there something holding it at the bottom. I've already removed the sprayer arm and hand complete access to the sump filter.
1 Answer Hello Mike, There is probably a toothpick or something hanging it up. It should pull out with little effort. Read More...

1 Answer Miler, there should be a hose 3/8 inch spring clamp holding the fill tube WD24X10026 on the fill valve. The hose is then routed up through channels molded in the side of the tub to the fill spout WD12X22722. check or replace the spring clamp on the fill hose at the fill valve. and check the hose to make sure it hasn't fallen or moved, and kinked for some reason. Steve September 12, 2012 for Model Number GLD4560N00SS My 5 year old machine just started making a very loud noise in the final one minute of the Normal Wash cycle as it drains the last of the water. The sump appears to be clear but the drain pump has fallen from the machine and now is touching the floor. The hoses are not kinked. Is the noise related to the position of the drain pump?

If not, you will need to replace the water valve WD15X10003 on the unit. If the water level is low, it will prevent the water from having enough pressure to supply the system and turn the spray arms.
