Jody, With a resistance of 7.5 ohms between all of the connections then the motor would be good. Check the rotor and stator for damage to the magnets on them. If they are good then the control board would possibly be the issue if there is nothing wedge between the tubs.

Bob, Yes to remove the motor you would need to remove the nut on the bottom and remove the rotor. Once the rotor is removed you will then be able to remove the motor.

I have the Motor apart and have located the RPS and all appears to be fine. How do I find the RPS part online to replace it. The Stator looks great and there is no smell of any damage and it all ohms out with no open circuit. The diagnosis says that the motor does not rotate properly. I have replaced the main PCB as this did show signs of burnt circuit at the motor heat sinks. Is there a way to check motor stator to know if it should be replaced or a way to pin down if the RPS is bad?

Hello Johnny! I do apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not offer the plastic gear separate from the rotor asm WH49X25041. Sorry about that!

Hello Jerry. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the suspension WH16X10056 may be bad and need to be replaced. This will cause the unit to become unbalanced if bad. You need to check the suspension and see if any are broken or bad on the unit.
