The old fan has white and red and in the video it shows white and red. Your website said that this part was the right one for my refrigerator. Will this fan work with only the red plug?

1 Answer David, The main control board for your unit will be EBR73304204 and for the ice fan assembly you will need the fan grill assembly AEB73944701. If the ice fan is just not working and getting an ER IF error code then you would not need the main control board and just need the fan grill assembly. The fan has the wiring to it and will connect into the connector of the refrigerator harness so no harness is available for this unit. Read More...
Jason May 12, 2016 for Model Number LFX31925ST I have the classic "ER IF" code. My ice fan is making loud annoying noises. I believe the noise is caused from ice building up around the fan. I had tried to research this in the past about replacing this fan motor assembly but ran into conflicting suggestions on the correct part to order. It was mentioned that there was a newer assembly that had a heating element built in, eliminating ice build up. Is this true?
