As a result my refrigerator has stop freezing only cooling all the evaporator fans are working and the condenser fan the compressor seems not to be running.
1 Answer Hello Wayne, While this sounds like a control board issue, we would really need the model number from the units' I.D. tag so we can pull the wiring configuration of your unit to properly diagnose the issue. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter. Read More...

Robert S January 06, 2016 for Model Number LFX3145ST /05 Error Code 1F displays. What do I need to order to correct this? I read somewhere that it was one of the fans and that the main circuit board should also be replaced. Is that true. Unit has been in service for 13 months.
1 Answer Hello Robert. It sounds like the ice fan has failed and will need to be replaced on the unit. You usually do not have to replace the board and the fan motor at the same time. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html The model number will have to be verified on the units I.D. tag since the one listed came up invalid. This will be necessary to look up and specific parts such as the one you requested. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter. We will need your model number to help you with this. Please call 1-877-477-7278 or post your model number with a new question on the parts page. http://www.appliancepartspros.com/modelnumber_locator.aspx Read More...

John December 09, 2015 for Model Number LFX31925ST/00 Need to replace fan motor grille assembly due to 1f error code. Got part AEB72913929 which replaced AEB72913911. This part has an additional blue wire with 120v on it and there is no place to plug it in. I assume this is the wrong part. What is the right part. This is a 2011 refrigerator.
1 Answer John, Apparently the part that you ordered is the wrong crossover number. It will work but that plug in will not have a place to plug up and would need to just be left disconnected. If you want to have the correct part number it is AEB73785615. Read More...
Steve H December 04, 2015 for Model Number LFCS22529S The full shelves will not clear the doors when trying to remove them. They are on slides different than it shows in the manual. How do I remove them to adjust them?
1 Answer Steve, To remove the shelf, the door has to be able to be opened pas the 90 degree angle. This will allow the shelf to slide past the door shelves in order to remove them for adjustment. If unable to open the door past the 90 degrees then it will be very difficult to get the shelves adjusted. Read More...
Maryod December 01, 2015 for Model Number LMX25964ST Like numerous others I have the ER IF issue on my LG refrigerator. I've checked several repair parts websites and the schematics for this model don't show the ice fan. Is it the same part number for the LFX25960 model? (5209JA1044A). Some posts refer to a newer model fan that has heater wires to prevent the icing up issue. Does anyone have any information on that part number? Have those who replaced this fan motor had to replace the control board also? Thank you!
1 Answer Hello Maryod. Yes, replacing the fan motor has fixed the issue for others. On your model, the fan motor ADJ72911304 has been permanently discontinued by the manufacturer and we don't know of any source or replacement for the part. Read More...
