Min-Chan, You would not be able to test the relay for a refrigerator. You would want to install the part on the unit and see if the compressor starts. If the compressor is running but the unit is not cooling then this will be a sealed system issue and will need to have service as there may be a leak in the sealed system.

David, You will want to check the frost pattern on the freezer evaporator coils and see if there is a even frost pattern and if there is not then this will most likely be a sealed system issue.

Nancy, check to make sure the doors and door gaskets are closing and sealing properly. Check and make sure the articles on the shelves aren't hanging over the edges, or laying up against the walls, blocking or trapping the air flow. If all's OK suspect the auto damper 5209JJ1013B, it is mostlikely stuck or sticking open, and allowing more cold air to the refrigerator than is needed to cool properly.

Hello Kendall. The thermistor ohms varies according to temp. At room temp it should read around 10K. You need to check the damper 5209JJ1009D in the unit and see If it Is bad in the unit.

Mario, With the fans and lights being on you will want to check the compressor to see if it is coming on. If it is running then the issue will be with the sealed system that has a loss of refrigeration. If the compressor is not running but is clicking and trying to start then the start relay would need to be replaced.
