My washer is made by Samsung, but is a Kenmore (sears). It was included in the recall, so we received papers from Samsung telling us how to proceed...solution was a simple sticker telling us not to use the bedding cycle. However, after many large loads, we believe the unbalancing problem is the suspension rods (dampers). Will this product (DC97-05280W) be compatible with my washer (592-29227)?
