Emanuel December 08, 2018 for Model Number WA456DRHDSU/AA 02 My suspension rods assy has no springs. I keep getting dc error and would like to replace rods. When trying to find the part they show me parts with springs. There are other rods with springs and rubber. Can I replace my existing rods with either one of the springs with or without rubber? I also notice that they have different lengths. So confused what to order. Please help

Curt July 29, 2018 for Model Number WA456DRDRHDWR/AA My serial number has a space at the end then 02 as well, but the drop down would not allow this to be typed. My concern is that my washer (Samsung top load HE) also had a recall due to the tops coming off and a repair kit was put on the top to keep it from flying off. I haven't chanced taking off the top of the washer out of concern of voiding anything that the company did to modify the lid. Does this modification by Samsung cause a problem in trying to replace the suspension rods?

Karen July 28, 2018 for Model Number WA456DRHDWR So I have replaced the 4 suspension rods but I have a feeling it still gets off balance because the load lasted like 7-8 minutes longer than it should’ve. The issue happens when the cycle has 7-8 minutes left. It sounds like the balance ring has fluid in it because when I shake the tub it sounds like it has water in it. What else could be my issue?
