Rick October 01, 2014 for Model Number WF219ANW/XAA-0000 Problems with Samsung washer model# wf219anw/xaa-0000. The washer is 4 years and 10 months old. These problems happen with an empty / no load machine. 1) Shakes and bangs loudly in spin mode 2) Small fragments of gray rubber inside of tub 3) Smoke inside of tub. 4) Small fragments of metal found in clean out drain. Can you let me know what is causing these problems?
