Fay, Part # DC93-00634A is a idler assembly which puts tension on the belt and is a known cause for the noise your describing.Rollers can make that noise also but usually its the idler pulley.

Cozette If you are having to rotate the drum by hand this would most likely be an issue with the motor but would not hurt to check the rollers just to make sure that there is no damage to them.

Hello Jason, You will have to open the unit and spin the rollers to see if they spin freely. If not, they will require replacement. Never lubricate a roller inside a dryer with a wet lubricant since lint will stick to it and be pulled into the bearing, causing the bearing to fail sooner than if installed dry. These are impregnated with a dry lubricant from the manufacturer. If you absolutely insist on lubricating, use a dry lubricant like corn starch or baby powder since graphite will stain clothes should it find its' way into the load.
