Jim December 01, 2015 for Model Number WF338AAW/XAA My tub was out of balance and making bearing noise. I replaced the bearings and flage/shaft assy which was toast. Washer still out of balance. Sounds like there is still trash in there as it spins (by hand). I took it back apart and the trash noise is in the balancer(s). Is there supposed to be liquid? Full or half? Anything else supposed to be in there? How can I tell if good or bad?
1 Answer Hello Jim. Yes, there is ball bearings and oil in there. It is fine if you hear them. See if the unit runs properly. Read More...
Mark B October 25, 2015 for Model Number WF328AAW/XAA-0002 How do you know if the balance assembly needs to be replaced? I took everything apart, replaced the spider and the bearings, put it all back together and it spins level in the tub but makes noises. Reading on your site I discovered this is normal for this model but it still sounds different from new ones in the stores and I just wanted to be sure it was ok before I go to the trouble of putting it all back together in the washer cabinet. Thank you>
1 Answer Mark, There is a liquid in the balance ring and if it is not dripping out then it is ok and it would be normal. Read More...

Juan August 30, 2014 for Model Number WF330ANW/XAA I have a Samsung washer that makes a lot noise when it spins.
Jim May 03, 2012 I noticed that the door boot on our front load washer was torn. I replaced it with one that I purchased through(exact match). However, when I tried to use the washer I noticed that the drum/tub is really woobly. This is probably what caused the boot to tear in the first place. What direction should I take now?
1 Answer Hello Jim. Check and make sure the shocks are good on the unit. If so, check and see if the inner basket is loose. If so, you will need to replace the outer tub assembly on the unit to repair the unit. Read More...
