I’ve been trying to locate the M5 70mm length bolts with a flat head without any luck. The pan head screws that I ordered by mistake will create a problem with the things loaded into the cabinet above the microwave like wine glasses. Do you have these screws in stock?

Stephen June 09, 2020 for Model Number LMHM2237ST The LG model I purchased does not come with Microwave Mounting Flat Bolts to attach the microwave to the shelf above, the are round. The Installation manual shows 2 flat head bolts measuring 1/4" x 3", but they do not come in the package. Would either the GE or Samsung flat head bolts work, as I use the shelf above and the round heads are really in the way. Thank you
1 Answer Hello Stephan, the manufacturers do not supply the mounting bolt specs, meaning length, shaft thickness, and thread count, also these would likely be metric threads, so we would not be able to advise on compatibility between them. (in the holes on top of the microwave that receive the self aligning bolts) have slipped down into the machine. Are they necessary? Do I have to take the oven down, apart and retrieve them or will the top bolts hold the without them? Are those little black things important, integral to the holding system?

We bought a microwave that does not have the hardware packet. The installation instructions say they are to be 1/4”-28 x 3 1/4“. Do you sell these? When I enter in the information for my model number it takes me to a certain set of machine screws on your site but when I enter in the information on it being compatible it says they are not. Should I buy them or not?
