Hello Yared. Yes, the condenser fan motor DA97-01949A, if bad, will cause the issue you are having. If it is bad, you will need to replace it or it can damage the sealed system on the unit.Test for DC power, 7V~12VDC, to the fan motor. If there is power there, and the motor does not run, replace the motor. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html

Hello Ark. You can remove the old fan blade DA31-00010D from the condenser fan motor and install it onto the new fan motor DA97-01949A. To do this you will need to pull on the fan blade center, not the blades of the fan, and pull it off the motor shaft. Once removed, you will push the center of the fan blade onto the new fan motor. Hope this helps.

Hi Rosa. There is a condenser fan motor right next to the compressor. If this fan motor is not turning, then it will boil your freon, and cause a "no - cool". This part # is DA97-01949A. Double check all connections for correct tightness. Are any harness plug connections under your top cover, not plugged in properly? Is the evaporator fan motor running? This part # is DA31-00103A. The compressor relay is part # DA35-00099G. Thank-you.
