This can be inspected by looking for any difference in the spacing between the spin basket and the outer tub. Another possibility would be an item that had gotten caught in between the spin basket and tub. If there is a difference in spacing all around the spin basket, the spyder shaft and bearings will need to be inspected. The door boot and the outer tub will also need to be inspected for damage.
