Brent B Hudsonville , MI April 20, 2020 Very loud banging and shaking on spin cycle. I took apart the washer to find both of the weight balancers had broken in 2 and were banging around. They had also caused the boot seal to rip. I removed the broken weight balancers and replaced them along with a new boot seal. There was one small spot with the seal wasn't fully attached to the outer drum so I had to take it back apart to fix that minor error on my part. Otherwise, it was a fairly easy fix. Kevin F Apex , NC January 07, 2019 Appliance: Model WF36J4000AW/A2 (0000) Diaphragm gasket replacement A zipper caught and tore the door gasket on our Samsung front load washer. Followed YouTube instruction and simple fix. Remove top, control panel, and front cover.I did take off the top and bottom counter balance weights for easier access. Took me about 2.5 hours but moved slow and cleaned all parts as I went along, including drain filter. Can be done much faster if you are not as picky as me. I did not remove the control panel harness as there was enough slack in the wires to permit just laying the whole panel across the top of the washer frame on top of a beach towel.
