Andrew August 04, 2015 for Model Number WA400PJHDWR/AA-0001 The assembly drain pump broke off. The manufacturer's model number does not have the last 4 numbers, it simply ends with AA. The manufactured date is 2012-10. I assume that I can use the new replacement assembly number DC97-17349B. Do I also have to replace the old wire harness for the one that comes with the new assembly?

Sherri July 20, 2015 for Model Number WA422PRHDWR/AA My model number ends with AA and no numbers appear after that. The plastic mount snapped and broke off - spilling water everywhere. The pump still works, it is only the mount I need. The part number is DC97-16985A which is no longer available. Mine has three mounts but the replacement part you are recommending to other customers only has two - which you mentioned can not be mounted in the same spot - where would I mount the replacement part? Is it worth fixing? I purchased the washer in Feb 2013. The house call was already $84 just to show me the broken part.... :( It is still a new washer in my opinion - is the replacement part going to work???

Chad June 25, 2015 for Model Number WA456DRHDSU/AA-0002 First, thank you for the site. There's a lot of helpful info here. As for my model number, it does not have anything after the AA (ex-0001 or 0002) the manufacture date is 2012.10 The plastic housing on the drain pump has broke. I see that it has been discontinued. The replacement assembly I saw on here seemed to only have 2 mounting holes where my original one has 3. Is this a design change or am I looking at the wrong part. I just want to make sure I get it right the first time. Thank you again for you knowledge.
