For Samsung Regulator-Energy;-,81 (Part Number: OEM13010313)

Noe for Model Number NE59M4320SS/AA-00

My front left burner, is a two burner. A small center and an outer large one. My inside will stay on high all the time. I bought the regulator switch, but it is not the same as the original. All pictures in the website only show the front view of switch. My original switch has 7 connectors, the new has only five. Could you please show the back of switch so customers can see if we are purchasing the correct one? Your parts do not have a part number to go by either. I input my range model number and serial number, but the same part, kept coming up. Can you please send me a picture or the correct part number for the switch I need? My original switch, has 7 connectors and is for the front left burner. Range mod. NE59M4320SSAA

Hello Tammy, please repost your question with the complete model number, there is more than one left burner switch listed for this model line. We need the full model number to locate the correct part.

Enrique, The issue with the hot surface indicator will be caused by one of the surface element switches. You would want to test each switch in the off position from the P Terminal to chassis ground and if there is 120 VAC on any of them then that is the switch that is faulty. For the oven, this sounds like it would be an oven control board issue.

Serge, the contacts for the hot surface light located in the element DG47-00060A are going to be the cause for this issue. To correct this issue, the entire element would need to be replaced.

Blaine, for all 4 burners to heat only at high, either the switches are not disengaging properly for each burner, or there is 120v that is bypassing the regulators on the switches. A way you can test if there is voltage being applied when it shouldn't be is testing while the switches are in the off position. The only wires that should have 120v at the switches are the L1 and L2. If any other wires have voltage to them while the switches are turned off, this means that there is a bridged connection somewhere that shouldn't be. This will allow you to isolate which component may be causing this issue.
