Pearl Peters for Model Number RF195, 197, 215, 217 is what manual says.

Just asked about the water in the fridge, but the spring in the door also just broke a few days ago. Is that an easy self-fix. I'm very unhappy with this fridge. Really it is a piece of junk. I feel like putting the word out there on facebook for no one to every buy a Samsung Fridge. Also I have always had an excellent appliance repair guy, but he won't look at the fridge because he says Samsung won't let him buy their parts. Unbelievable!

Pearl, The spring has 2 holes that it goes into on the door. It is relatively easy to install as long as the parts the holes are in are not broken.

Duke, There is no information available on installing the spring on the French door flapper. You may need to remove the flapper to install but the part does go in the bottom hinge of the flapper and there will be a hole in the hinge and a hole in the flapper itself that it would go into.
