Hello Eric. You will need to test and see if there is power going to the valve when the icemaker is in harvest mode. If there is power there, but the valve is not working, you will need to replace the water valve. Also check and make sure the fill tube is not froze. If the icemaker does not cycle, you will need to replace the icemaker DA97-00258G. You can test this with a multi-meter MA-DM1. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
