Giovani A. January 09, 2015 for Model Number wfw94hexw2 The washer drains well, except for the space underneath the door seal. How do I make it drain that also? Where do I find and how do I CK for the coin trap? Thank you for your assistance.
1 Answer Hello Giovani, The bellows W11106747 should have small vents in the bottom to allow most of the water in it to drain. There will always be some moisture held in there and it is recommended by the manufacturer that it be wiped dry following the machines' use. To check the pump filter, remove the front panel from the machine and unscrew the sump cover. Be sure to be prepared to catch some water since there is always some water in this part of the machine. Jeff June 08, 2013 for Model Number wfw8410sw02 Machine door wouldn't open. Then when I got it open the washer was still was full of water. Tried to restart and just got a moan sound so I turned the unit off.
1 Answer Jeff, You will want to pull the trap from the drain pump and check for clogs in the pump assembly. This is the most likely cause of the unit not draining. The door will not unlock if the water is full of water. Read More...
