Hello Mike, thank you for contacting APP, There is a thermal fuse built onto the main control board W11410066, if the unit is totally unresponsive it is likely the control will need to be replaced.

Hey Chris, What we commonly find is the ribbon cable connected to the front console gets moisture and shorts out. If you remove the console and take the control board out you will probably find dark areas in the green ribbon cable. It should be clear and see thru. If you find this you will need to replace the console depending on color.

Hello Fran, If there are no poor connections from the control panel to the control board, the control panel W10811164 would be the most likely cause.

Steve, check for 120 volts AC at the control board, pins P4-1 and P4-2, if voltage is there, you may have a control that is no longer sending power to the display.

JRW3150, You will want to check to see if there is power getting to the motor if it will fill with water but not circulate. If the motor is getting power but no circulating then check to make sure that there is nothing causing the impeller to not work or a damaged impeller. If this checks ok then the motor would be the issue. If there is no power getting to the motor then this will be a faulty control board.

The dishwasher is 3 years old and worked perfectly. Last month it stopped responding on button press. I disconnected the device from power and reset it. The operation restored. However, it appeared again but I was able to fix it the same way. Yesterday It stopped working again but resetting didn't help. When I restore power all the lights turns on, flashing for a few seconds and shut off. After that the device doesn't react on any button press. I am not sure what I have to change - the electronic block or control panel.

Larry, Unfortunately there is not a way to test the control board for the issue that you are having but this would be more likely an issue with the control panel of the unit over the control board.

Hi, The start light flashes continuously and the washer will start on its own when the door is shut. I took it apart and tried to ohm out the touchpad, but I don’t know the pin out. I put it back together, turned the power back on and it worked completely properly. I ran a load and when the wash should have been about done, the start light started flashing again and went into self-starting again. Please note that in this self-starting phase it does run through the wash cycles, it just does it continuously. Thank you
