I replaced the HV Control Board, Serial #10978872JL. The part I used was W10890094. I programmed it fine and everything seems to be ok except the ice maker is not filling with water. I have water coming from the door dispenser but the water won't fill the ice trays. I unplugged the refrigerator for 10 seconds after I was done then plugged it back in. It has been 24 hours since I replaced the board.

Hello John, The board you used W10890094 is the correct board as per the manufacturer. If the code you programmed into the board was the one on the units' I.D. tag, the issue is most likely a malfunctioning icemaker.

Just installed the control panel that I ordered from you which is part # WPLW1089094. It came with no instructions but is exactly like the one that is not working in my Maytag french door refrigerator. When I plugged in the refrigerator the code PE0 000 appeared on the panel. Where do I go from here? I have no idea how to program or reset the panel and would appreciate some help in this matter. Also there was a note on the packing list which said "Please make sure to return the CORE for the above item. Work Order:18255128. I do not understand what this means. Thank you for your help.

Sandra, There will be a tech sheet under the right side of the refrigerator in the front that will have programming instructions on it and the code will be located on the model tag. The core return is for returning the original board to be re manufactured.

I replaced the HV board with part # W10890094, but my coded of 1411 doesn't not work. I do not want to use other codes I've found online because they all seem to say there is a problem with the water/ice machine. The part I bought is non-refundable & I was guaranteed it would work. I am stuck with a fridge I am unable to program to cool. So frustrated! Please help.

Hello Heather. Not sure who you got the board from but all of our parts are refundable. It sounds like the program is not taking into the board. Either your not doing it in a timely manner or the board is bad and will not accept the code.

Jim January 20, 2017 for Model Number 59677533600

I have a Kenmore Elite french door fridge. I ran the factory diagnostics on it and the Evaporator fan works both on High and Low however, the high voltage is sitting at 7.1V instead of 11-14V and the low voltage is sitting at .8 instead of 7.75-8.25V. I put a new fan unit in and it is the same situation. Everything else seems to check out fine, just the low voltage to the fan, which of course isn't putting enough cold air to the refrigerator portion. Will a new Control Board solve this issue? Jim, Yes based on this information, the main control board would be the issue with not getting proper voltage to the fan motor.
