Brock December 17, 2021 for Model Number JES9750CAS02 Vent fan is intermittent ( sometimes won't turn off when started manually with the vent fan touch pad). Is it the control board behind the display panel that needs replaced ? The fan will cycle fine and run on high and low speed but will not turn off. If it's the control board what is the correct control board part number for a Jenn air JES9750CAS02. Thank you
1 Answer Brock, based on the information provided, the electronic control WP8507P233-60 has a stuck relay and would need to be replaced. Read More...
Ryan December 28, 2020 for Model Number SVE47100B My broiler stopped working, after trouble shooting I determined it was probably the control board. Decided to just live without it but now a month later while preheating the oven all of a sudden it said “function not available”. I reset the breaker for a minute and everything went back to normal. While the wife was cooking some taco shells the broiler turned on and lit everything on fire. My question is do I need a new control board or is there anything else I can check first. The new board is $350, I’d rather not spend that if it’s just a sensor.
1 Answer Ryan, based on the information provided, the main control WP74004746 has failed. Read More...
Ray P November 01, 2015 for Model Number JES9750BAS This was my original question: My oven will not maintain the set temperature. If I set it to 375, it will reach 375 in a reasonable amount of time then it will slowly cool off. It seems to never call for heat to maintain a constant temperature. Any ideas? Thanks. Based on your response, I ordered and installed the temperature sensor. That did not solve the problem so I ordered and installed a control panel. That didn't solve the problem. Any other suggestions? Thanks.
1 Answer Ray, You will want to check the continuity of the wires between the wire harness and the control board to make sure that they are good. Also check to see what the average temperature of the oven is and see if it may just need to be calibrated. Read More...

1 Answer Ray, Oven temperature sensors 12001656 can loose their calibration after time and usage, and self clean cycles, so you may want to start there. Once you've got a sensor in the oven, you may need to check the average oven temperature and recalibrate the control, that information is located in your use and care manual. Read More...
Nick December 16, 2014 for Model Number JES9750AABAS 2 buttons work setup and more options. ? Keypad or control board?
Carl December 06, 2014 for Model Number jes9750bas The first six numbers on the control panel stopped working today. All of the other controls still work. I can set the oven by selecting bake and then selecting temp of 350 or 375 and then selecting more options and then selecting 30 min or 60 min. What do I need to do. If I need to replace the control panel, is there a video showing how to unplug from the unit. I tried to unplug from our prior range and damaged the cable and had to replace the range due to cost of the main control board. Can you help?
1 Answer Carl, This issue would be caused by a faulty keypad on the unit. This would require the control panel to be replaced. The part number for the control panel is WPW10206084. The Keypad just plugs onto the control board and you would just pull it straight off. Read More...
Frank May 22, 2014 for Model Number JES9750BAB Basically, our front display doesn't work. No clock, timer display, oven info, etc. All the burners work fine and the buttons work fine, for example you can set a timer, turn on the oven to a specific temperature, you just can't see what you're doing. This issue has been around for about a year now, we've just been living with it. But recently the oven has been turning off prematurely, for example you set it to 400 degrees, then after about 10-20 seconds, you hear a beep and it turns off. It doesn't happen all the time, just intermittently. So we need to do something, I'm guessing it's the control panel, but wanted to see what you guys thought.
1 Answer Hello Frank, This will require the clock assembly WP8507P233-60 to be replaced. Read More...
Bobby September 25, 2013 for Model Number JES9750BAS This oven will not maintain a constant or proper temperature. I can set the temperature at 350 degrees and it will only come up to 250 degrees. If I set it at 500 degrees it will get up to about 350 degrees. This sounds like the main board to me. Could it be that? Thanks, Bobby
1 Answer Hello Bobby. You need to check both elements in the unit and make sure they are good and if so, test the temp sensor in the oven. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...

Frankainhouston June 01, 2012 for Model Number JES9750BAS A. On Jenn-air Model JES 9750BAS, the oven, fan, and timers not working and button on the control panel became unresponsive. After power down, waiting 1 minute and and powering on, the error messages showed with original part LED panel: EE-214 M-214. These error messages remained "on" for 1 minute then panel goes to the clock: 12:00 B. Purchased new part from you, Part no. 8507P233-60 C. With circuit breaker turned off, I replaced the part. D. Turned on power, but the same error messages show on the LED panel of the new, replaced, part. Question: is there some power-on procedure or other reset that must be made in order for the new part to operate properly?
