Dan October 23, 2012 for Model Number Whirlpool GBD307PRS01 The control panel went blank when I push the controls it just beeps. I have turned the breaker off for hours to try to reset it but nothing. what should i do?
1 Answer Hello Dan, The first thing that you want to do is check the voltage between 2 blue wires for the transformerWP9760587. There should be between 12-24vdc. If there is not then you would want to change the transformer. If there is between 12-24vdc then you would want to replace control boardWPW10438750. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...
Nick September 26, 2012 for Model Number RBD275PRS00 My double oven randomly displays "PF" and resets the clock. I've checked and the house never experienced a power outage. Only this oven is affected. I can touch any button, clear the PF error and reset the clock. The oven works fine. Then, randomly, this will happen again. What can I do? Replace the control board?

Elden June 01, 2011 for Model Number RBD305PRS00 I just ordered a new control panel WPW10438750 as my LCD lights dimmed and then died. How do I access the panel? There is no exploded diagram in the book. Thanks!
1 Answer Hello Elden. On models like this, you will need to remove the side trim that runs the length of the edges of the appliance. Once you remove this trim, you should be able to see the screws holding the panel on. Remove these and the panel should easily come off. If you have any more problems you can try going to our repair forum. The techs there may be able to provide more information. I hope this info helps! http://forum.appliancepartspros.com Read More...
