Hello Dan, The first thing that you want to do is check the voltage between 2 blue wires for the transformerWP9760587. There should be between 12-24vdc. If there is not then you would want to change the transformer. If there is between 12-24vdc then you would want to replace control boardWPW10438750. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html

Hello Elden. On models like this, you will need to remove the side trim that runs the length of the edges of the appliance. Once you remove this trim, you should be able to see the screws holding the panel on. Remove these and the panel should easily come off. If you have any more problems you can try going to our repair forum. The techs there may be able to provide more information. I hope this info helps! http://forum.appliancepartspros.com

Hello Ruben, going by the model number you've provided the correct board is WPW10438750. If you cross reference the number you've provided it brings up the same part. This is the most current part, which means the old part has been substituted by this one. Hope this helps.
