This genuine OEM part is a touchpad control panel assembly for dishwashers. The touchpad control panel assembly is the plastic piece that houses the selection buttons of the dishwasher that control the desired setting of the washer. If the touchpad control panel assembly is no longer responsive to touch, it will need to be replaced. To replace this part, start by turning off the power to the appliance. Then take a screwdriver or putty knife to release the control panel from its locking tabs. Pull up gently to pry the control panel out of its place. Once removed set it to the side, and remove the wire harness and any individual wires that are attached to the control panel. Once removed, place the wires into the new unit in their correct terminals. Snap the new control panel assembly into its proper position and restore power to the dishwasher. This authentic replacement part is sourced directly from the manufacturer and is sold individually. It is compatible with Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, Jenn-Air, Amana, Magic Chef, Admiral, Norge, Roper, and Sears/Kenmore brand dishwashers.

Jeff for Model Number KUDS30IXSS1

Hi, I have already replaced the control panel on my Kitchen Aid dishwasher once, now, one of the four screw brackets supporting the panel have broken, the dishwasher still works but the panel has become unsecured. Do I need to replace the whole panel again, or is there something else that can be done. Also, there appear to be 4 separate options for control panels on your site, which one is specific to my model and why are they priced differently?
