1 Answer Louis, The wires are inside the control panel and just push into place on the control board of the unit. Read More...
Jeff November 06, 2014 for Model Number KUDS30IXSS1 Hi, I have already replaced the control panel on my Kitchen Aid dishwasher once, now, one of the four screw brackets supporting the panel have broken, the dishwasher still works but the panel has become unsecured. Do I need to replace the whole panel again, or is there something else that can be done. Also, there appear to be 4 separate options for control panels on your site, which one is specific to my model and why are they priced differently?
1 Answer Hello Jeff. If the post are broken, you will need to replace the panel on the unit. WPW10500175 is the one for your model. Read More...
Richard S. May 04, 2013 for Model Number KUDS30IXWH4 I have a Kitchenaid dishwasher purchased in 10/2011. I had to replace the control panel in less than a year. Now the entire control panel does not light up--seems like no electricity. It did not blow a fuse. Could it be the control panel again??? Thanks for your help.
1 Answer Hello Richard. It sounds like the thermal fuse W10402110 is bad. Test for power going through it. If there is none, it is bad. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...
