Samantha, the belt for your model is part number WP8547157. According to the manufacturer information for your model, kit 4392067 is recommended for your model. However, the manufacturer notates that the belt does not fit all models that use this kit.

Hello Wayne, If all four of the rollers and the idler pulley spin freely the only thing that can cause the sound would be the bearings in the motor assembly WPW10448896.

Mike, sometimes when the dryer stops there is a flat spot that develops on the rubber part of the roller and when the dryer starts back up and gets hot, the thumping will go away. Also, check the drum, there is a weld seam that can make a thumping noise.

Robert, When installing the drum you would just roll the drum up onto the rollers. Also check to make sure that the drum weld has not broken which would cause this issue.

Robert, you may want to check around the felt seal to ensure that it is sitting properly and that there is nothing stuck between it and the drum. Another thing to check for is to ensure that the rollers are spinning freely since the old rollers can leave a residue that can cause the roller shafts to have some stick to them.
