Charlie November 11, 2018 for Model Number WED5500XW0 I have a belt like fibrous insulator that came loose from my drum. It fell into the drum and will no longer stay in place. The dryer still appears to function normally, so I wonder if it will do damage to run it without the fibrous belt like insulator. Tina October 15, 2018 for Model Number LGR8648LW0 I have whirlpool electrical dryer machine old model. I think it's door sensors is not working because if I start machine for drying and if in between I open the door it does not stop and if I try to use stop button it does not stop. So which part I need to change please advice . According to one dryer technician he told me to get door sensors. But I don't understand why machine is not responding to switch off button? If I want to stop before cycle finished I need to use cycle set up switch to turn it up to finished mark then only it's turn off.
